Individual Initial Consultation (90 minutes)
We’ll discuss your personal goals and pertinent weight/medical history as well as your current eating habits and preferences. Together, we’ll develop a customized meal and snack plan for you to start working with. You’ll come away with fundamental nutrition knowledge and specific goals to gradually progress towards. Follow-up sessions tackle questions and concerns and reassess goals while discussing a variety of topics such as eating out, meal planning, traveling, grocery shopping and much more.
Nutrition Jumpstart
Get back on track and reach your weight goals while implementing healthy eating habits into your daily lifestyle. Program includes an initial consultation and 3 follow-up sessions to maintain momentum and tackle challenges.
Make the Connection – 10 Week Weight Loss Program
This personalized program is designed to create a strong, nutritious foundation as you work to achieve and maintain weight loss goals continuously over the course of 10 weeks. Program includes an initial consultation and 9 follow-up sessions.
Couples Nutrition Clean-up
What better way to achieve healthier eating habits and weight management goals than with your biggest supporter and closest partner in crime, your spouse or significant other. Couples nutrition and weight loss counseling is incredibly effective; learn how to motivate each other and make the process fun, successful and life-changing. Specialized sessions may include home visits, grocery store tours, online grocery shopping, reviewing favorite restaurant menus and at-home cooking lessons. Program includes an initial consultation and 3 follow-up sessions.
