Payment

Please note, I accept personal check, cash or credit card payment through Google Checkout for all services. Payment is due at the time of services. I do not accept insurance at the present time but can provide you with an official receipt of services which you can submit directly to your insurance company or apply toward flex spending if your employer offers it. Insurance companies may partially or fully cover nutrition counseling services. All Nourish sessions do not have an expiration date once purchased. Therefore, all returns are not applicable on purchased and completed services. To avoid a missed appointment fee, 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled sessions.
