Please note, I accept personal check, cash or credit card payment through Google Checkout for my services. Payment is due at the time of services. I do not accept insurance at the present time but can provide you with an official receipt of services which you can submit directly to your insurance company or apply toward flex spending if your employer offers it. Insurance companies may partially or fully cover nutrition counseling services.
